Hardest thing to admit is when help is needed. I titled this discussion the way I did because it forces you to be uncomfortable. The truth is when you feel like you do not need to talk to someone, it is the perfect time to start. We tend to wait until we are all out of options and burnt out to cry out. I've learned that normalizing therapy and making it a regular part of your self-care regimen can really save you on a lot of stress, anxiety, and pain. Even the people who help everyone else, need help too! If your only comment on this post is "I Need a Therapist," that is perfectly fine by me. Get it out, and feel good about it!
